1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any product operated by Max Farnon Digital LLC ("we", "us", "our"), including JASS ("Job Application Support System") and SASS ("Skills Assessment Support System"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

JASS is an AI-powered tool that helps job seekers optimize resumes for applicant tracking systems (ATS), generate tailored cover letters, prepare for interviews, and build LinkedIn profiles. JASS does not guarantee interview placement, job offers, or application success.

SASS is an AI-powered skills assessment and learning roadmap tool that analyzes your current skills against a chosen career goal, identifies gaps, and generates a personalized learning path with course recommendations from platforms such as Coursera, Udemy, LinkedIn Learning, Skillshare, and YouTube. SASS does not guarantee skill acquisition, certification, or employment outcomes.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. A single account provides access to both JASS and SASS.

4. Pricing and Payment

JASS offers a free tier (Basic), as well as monthly subscription plans (Standard and Premium). Prices are displayed on our website and may change with notice. Monthly subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of your current billing period.

SASS uses a one-time purchase credit model. You may purchase a Single Goal Roadmap (1 credit) or a 3 Goal Bundle (3 credits). Credits do not expire. Each credit entitles you to one complete skills assessment and personalized learning roadmap.

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your credit card information.

5. Refund Policy

JASS subscriptions: You may request a full refund within 24 hours of your initial purchase by emailing support@tryjass.com. After 24 hours, refunds are not available for services already rendered. Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time; you will retain access until the end of your billing period.

SASS purchases: Because SASS roadmaps are generated instantly upon use, refunds are available only for unused credits. If you have purchased credits but not yet generated a roadmap, you may request a refund within 7 days by emailing support@tryjass.com. Credits that have been used to generate a roadmap are non-refundable.

6. AI-Generated Content

Content generated by JASS and SASS is provided as suggestions and starting points. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying all generated content before acting on it, submitting it to employers, or posting it publicly. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content, including but not limited to resumes, cover letters, interview responses, LinkedIn profiles, skills assessments, and learning roadmaps.

Learning roadmap recommendations in SASS are generated based on publicly available course information and may not reflect current pricing, availability, or curriculum changes on third-party platforms.

7. Your Data

You retain ownership of all content you upload or create using our services, including resumes, job descriptions, skills assessments, and personal information. We use your data solely to provide and improve the service. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your information.

8. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Use our services to generate fraudulent or misleading application materials
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or exploit the service
• Share your account credentials with others
• Resell or redistribute AI-generated content as a commercial service
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose

9. Limitation of Liability

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Max Farnon Digital LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to lost job opportunities, hiring decisions, or reliance on skills assessment results or learning recommendations.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
